Kelly Consulting Welcomes New Executive Coach Steve Griffith

Mar 29, 2022 (ATLANTA) – Kelly Consulting, a leading business management consultancy, announces the hiring of Steve Griffith, who will serve as Kelly Consulting’s newest executive coach and business development specialist. 

Griffith’s background is in executive coaching for family businesses, nonprofits, churches, and large corporations. Griffith brings a wealth of emerging leadership coaching and succession planning to the Kelly Consulting team.

For more than a decade, Griffith worked with Walmart, building talent development initiatives that have been adopted by more than 5,000 stores. Griffith brings one-on-one consultancy and coaching experience through his time with Fellowship Bible, working with more than 50 clients among emerging and mature leaders and business owners.

Griffith also brings vast experience in organizational leadership within ministry settings.

“One of the things Steve brings to the organization is great experience and knowledge of corporate coaching,” said Hunter Hall, president, Kelly Consulting. “His work with Walmart and other organizations gives him a unique perspective on the needs of leadership and especially emerging leaders.”

Part of Griffith’s focus will be growing young and emerging leaders.

“Steve coaches from a position of empathy. He’s able to understand the dynamics of an emerging leader and present challenges that really raise their game,” said Hall.
